Hotel Room Rules
1. Early check-in / Late check-out/ Extending Your Stay
- - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- - You can extend your stay by letting us know, we’ll do our best to accommodate you—even if it means moving you to a similar apartment, subject to availability.
2. Children and Extra Beds
- - Children under 12 stay free when using existing bedding.
- - Extra beds are available upon request at an additional charge.
- - Maximum number of guests per room must not be exceeded.
3. Smoking Policy
- - All rooms are non-smoking.
- - Smoking is allowed on the balcony if your room has one.
- - A cleaning fee of 5000baht will be charged if smoking is detected in non-smoking rooms.
4. Pets
- - Pets are not allowed.
5. Damage or Loss
- - Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any persons for whom they are responsible.

6. Liability

Booking policies:
1. Reservations
- - Reservations are confirmed only after payment is made, as we use a prepaid system.
- - A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- - Cancellations made 3days prior to arrival are free of charge.
- - Cancellations made within 3days will be charged full amount of the total stay.
- - For non-refundable rates, the full amount will be charged immediately after booking and cannot be refunded.
- - No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
3. Payment
- - Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Bank Transfer, etc.
